Not long ago, Scott Gordon, founder of Mid-Atlantic Freelance, LLC, realized something was missing in the efforts of companies to produce creative-based projects. Businesses were having difficulty completing creative services projects on their own, without the need of an in-house design/communications staff. Going to an outside vendor proved difficult, especially if there were no project manager on staff to oversee and coordinate the work in progress through completion.

To fill this void, Scott developed the innovative concept of “Knowledge Brokering”.
